Tarek has been involved in the hospitality industry for almost his entire life, where he learned the act of cooking and hospitality management.
Having lived and studied in Montreal, Canada, he took advantage of his academic background and Canadian industry experience and settled back in Amman with a clear vision in mind and a keen objective to make a positive difference in the culinary scene in Jordan.
